C A N C E L L A T I O N
A courteousy text will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event that you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, I kindly request that you contact me to within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you reschedule within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% percent of the service(s) booked. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 75% of service(s) booked and will not be able to book again until the fee is paid.
C H I L D R E N + G U E S T S
Children and guests are welcome, however, we do ask that you keep in mind that we only that one chair inside our servicing area and a waiting area for other guests.
L A T E A R R I V A L S
Your time and appointments are valuable to ours, so we ask that you please be respectful of ours and other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please understand that there is a possibility we might need to adjust you service(s) or ask you to reschedule for a different time. If the service cannot be rendered, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) which must be paid before rescheduling. With that being said, in the event that I am running behind, I will reach out to you personally with plenty of time to make time adjustments.
N O S H O W
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without contacting Kenna to cancel before the 24-hour notice period, you will be subject to paying the total amount of the booked appointment. Clients who fail to pay the full-service amount cannot rebook until fees are paid in full. We understand things happen that are out of your control and will take that into consideration if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
